- Shop Owners: Name, email address, mobile number, and business details (shop name, address, contact number) when you create an account
- Voters/Customers: We collect only an anonymous device fingerprint to prevent duplicate votes. We do NOT collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal identity
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time of visit, browser type, and IP address for security and analytics purposes
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your shop owner account
- To send you OTP verification codes and account notifications
- To display your poll to customers and collect their responses
- To send you automatic notifications when new polls are created
- To improve our service and user experience
- To prevent fraud and duplicate voting
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on secure servers hosted by Hostinger (hostinger.com) in accordance with their security standards. Your password is encrypted using bcrypt hashing and is never stored in plain text. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.

We use cookies and browser local storage to:
- Keep you logged in to your account
- Remember your voting preference to prevent duplicate votes
- Store your current poll data for quick access

GrahakDost uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
